These are wonderful 61% dark chocolates. Perfect pairing for Port or jammy red wines and delightful just on their own. Not bitter at all, a perfect amount of dark.

Have purchased these for years and lately the size and thickness have been extremely inconsistent. This last batch are more like a candy bar thickness. When I raised the issue to the company they suggested I break them in half?!? Not sure how that makes them thin chocolate drops or appealing and not a real solution.

The size of the drops is perfect for a craving. I really like the 72% cacao and 58% Those are my favorites!
