Cabernet Sauvignon is likely the most widely known varietal in the world and is grown primarily in Bordeaux, France and California. The grape is actually a hybrid of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, which results in a lovely complex red that is full bodied, dark, tannic and complex.
